Is opposing haters and hate speech woke
If so isnt woke something good that should be encourged espcially and isnt the right just as woke as the left but on opposing issues.

Woke means only progressive, and progressive means only changing with the times. That’s it. That’s the evil, evil genesis of a stupid word hurled like an accusation. It’s a little like yelling out, “You’re so educated.”

No the right is not as woke as the left on certain issues. The right is anti-woke and proud.

@SomeMichGuy The original term woke was something postive not a pejorative and i think the word should be taken back by the original users of the term as something positive and proud to be.

There are very few woke people in the west coast. Most Republicans will never meet them. Really woke people are very very picky about who they talk to.

@eMortal "Woke" is not a thing. It's not a culture, it's not a group. It's not a sector of anything. "Woke" is a synonym for aware and alert. It denoted liberal thinking and progressive action, so "woke" would never be independent of the left.
Many, many, many people you'd consider Democrats, liberals, progressives and the "woke" live in the West. And they talk to anyone who'll listen. There are no enclaves, no secret societies. Those protestors you see? They're "woke." The lawsuits striking down unconstitutional laws? That's "woke." The determination to make this country inclusive? That's "woke."
