@SevIsPamprinYouAlways That hat looks good on you. I never wear hats. But the message on your hat is awesome.

Trump won't get any jail time.
#1. If he did, mass riots would break out all over the country that would make the so-called Jan 6th insurrection look like a weekend family bbq.
#2. If they jail Trump, they will eventually have to jail Biden too as they are still finding documents that Biden has kept in his possession since his vice presidency.
The whole fuss about this is all political, hoping to keep Trump from running again for potus in 2024, but what most people don't realize is that even if Trump were convicted, he could still run for and be elected president.
Vin53 · M
Indeed. And he relinquished them immediately.

@IM5688
@Vin53 Taking them was illegal. He never had any authority to do that. Trump did.
@Vin53 EXACTLY!!!

Trump is NOT charged with possession of secret documents. Nope.

Trump IS charged with refusing to hand them over when asked multiple times by NARA, their rightful owner.

They say "whatabout Biden?" Well, Pence & Biden both immediately handed their documents over to NARA; Trump tried to hide the docs and deceive NARA. Big difference.
Who cares what the unlawful prosecution states. The facts are Bidens executive branch authorized this charade on his biggest political rival, that gave Americans the best years of peace and proparity the living generations have ever seen. How anyone can support a Mao, Stallin, Hitler style government with Joe Biden truly blows my mind.
Vin53 · M
well. thats certainly not ambiguous at all. 🙄

@checkoutanytime
@Vin53 apologize for my poor spells of words, but I corrected my spell.

Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978

Interesting reading, blows your bullschiff right down the toilet
@Vin53 Yeah, sporty is a typical moron who gets all his "news" from cartoons; poor sap hasn't realized that cartoons are essentially fiction.

Dippyjoe, on the other hand, is latched onto one of Putin's mouthpieces, swallowing and regurgitating the evil Putin spew. Funny thing about dippyjoe: he likes to pose as a "man of God." But where a man of God sheds love and light, dippyjoe spews personal hatred and lies. SAD!!

@sunsporter1649 That's the laughter of ingorance and fools Sporter. It's not worth very much in a serious conversation.

Lets get real here.. He deserves 20 years at least.. But he wont get any in jail. He will get House arrest.. I would just love it to be in his trump Tower apartment and not able to leave ever..😷
Zaphod42 · 46-50, M
I wouldn’t count on him getting more than a year or two of house arrest at most. I hope they throw the book at him, but not holding my breath.
Probably 17 years or so. He will still be able to serve as president, so he's (unfortunately) not out of the race just yet.
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
He's trump and will never serve one second.

Democracy died in the US when the Supreme Court appointed George Bush Jr president.

None if there is true justice.

@Vin53 thank you for pointing out my error. It has been corrected 👍
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Baremine You are probably right.. Not that I am against the death penalty on moral grounds. But do you really want to create a martyr for such a moronic cause??😷

Dude will likely croak before he gets out.
Give him a thousand years in the cave of wonders...
originnone · 61-69, M
I'd heard it could be up to 20 years. We can only hope it's zero. It would create a terrible precedent.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
How about him pulling a Spiro Agnew? Should DoJ accept one?
Notanymore · 36-40, M
Don't get your hopes up too high.
