You deny the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics for the mass starvation and otherwise slaughter of citizens. Then you deny the National Socialist Workers Party Germany and the Fascists of Italy all by the way were widely held high in the socialist circles in USA and Canada and the UK at the time. Since then we have seen the wild successes of Zimbabwe and Cuba and Venezuela and.... I am very very very well aware of the lies and evasions of those who think that socialism is only an utter failure because it wasn't done right every other time it has been tried. Face it. To you socialism is free stuff for all. Not based on effort or merit or even good fortune. Socialism in your mind is the great god. In fact it is petty tyranny writ large. What is sold as free comes with the ultimate in cost as the society crumbles and people turn on each other for not being 'socialist' enough. Sadly your little utopia is a disaster and always will be. It can never succeed because it is based on the failed premise of the goodness of mankind and the perfectibility of the same. Utter nonsense that needs to be abandoned ASAP. Humans are by nature lazy and greedy and traitorous and that becomes even more evident in mobs such as happens in government.

@swirlie Fascist is a socialist. Here in Canada our socialist government is now pushing Medically Assisted Death for anyone for any reason. Feel like you are a burden on the socialised heathcare system? We have an injection for that. Feeling sad about losing your girlfriend? We have a lethal injection for that too. Yeah once again you can't face the truth about socialism because you want free stuff. Problem being toots - there is no free lunch. What you get by not earning someone else must do without for having earned. Sounds like utopia doesn't it.

@swirlie Of course not. I am not that stupid. I had covid when it was known as delta. It was a very mild cold. I never missed a days work. Sadly my brother in law and neighbor and my cousin and young tradesman I knew all got jabbed and died a few hours days or weeks later. @hippyjoe1955 they seek to abolish class division whereas facists support class divisions and hierarchy whereas socialists want to also abolish hierarchy and establish common ownership of the means of production which is something facists don't support.
