Pastors in their mega churches raking in money living lavish and luxurious lifestyles the opposite of what Jesus thaught its no coincidence so many christians are leaaving their religion behind them.

It’s not just mega churches. Even at smaller churches, there’s so much judgment and nit-picking. You can’t dress like this and you can’t be around certain people (despite the fact that the Lord ate with tax collectors and prostitutes; people who’d hear the word instead of thinking they knew it all). Every move scrutinized: “You’re not a real Christian!” thrown around if you make any mistake. Can’t admit times when you aren’t on fire for God either; or if you’re depressed or suicidal. No, that’s called a lack of faith and dismissed.
There’s a disconnect and a big fake smile on the face of the church in general. That’s why people are leaving.
