Rick Scott amends his crazy plan to sunset all federal programs every 5 years by exempting Medicare and Social Security.

He blames people who can't read for him having to exempt Medicare and Social Security rather than acknowledge he made a mistake.

Although, the question has to be asked... was it really a matter of people not reading into his intentions as he claims. Or, was he really stating his true intentions all along and is now changing it because it threatens his popularity?
