If you were alive during the time of Christ's trial, would you have shouted that you wanted Barabas to be free'd and to crucify Jesus?

Cause I think most people are decent enough (atleast in the western world) these days that they would never want that.

Remember it was the religious right of his own time, the Pharisees and Sadducees that wanted him dead. The same people that would string up a brown skinned Jewish preacher today as well.
