House Select Committee Approves Release Of Trump Taxes To Public
I think this may be setting a bad precedent. Does the public need to know? It's a tradition for all candidates to release their taxes, and final candidates from the two main parties have done so, ever since I can remember, with the exception of Trump, but I don't think the committee should do so.
It's no secret that Trump has not told one word of truth in his entire public life, so what's the point? It will show he is not the shrewd businessman he makes himself to be? It's not like his followers are going to be reading the publicly released information on CNN or the WaPo and it's not like Fox and the Truth network will publish them. But hey, for shits and giggles, let's see if Musk is going to release them, just like he did the Twitter Files. Transparency, right?
After all, Trump said he's the most transparent President ever. By far. The biggest transparent whatever.
