This election was the best thing that could happen to Republicans

1) Winning back the House enables Repulicans to block Biden's catastrophic big brother legislation as well as to set some of the legislative agenda. It also allows for hearings on some of the misdeeds of the current administration.

2) When the shit hits the fan over the Biden policies the Democrats won't be able to blame a Republican congress. The Republicans were not the "dog that caught the car".

3) Trump was seriously damaged. The Trump mystique, to the extent it still existed, may now be gone. This will allow serious Republican candidates to emerge and compete using conservative ideas to bring our society back to sanity.

Happy trolling! 😋

I agree, stall Bidens agenda is a plus for the nation. I dont mind Trump, but im ready for someone else with similar objectives of up holding the constitution and not looking for tensions or aggressions leading to conflicts or wars in foreign relations.

@checkoutanytime For four solid years, this was the agenda of the Trump Administration: Nothing.

Absolutley no stated agenda, no point-by-point plans. And now? The express intent to log jam and punish any and all Democrats, regardless of whether they have to use citizen's rights as fuel.

What one single Constitutional right has been revoked, violated or otherwise altered by the Biden Administration?

@Graylight the low hanging fruit that everyone agrees on would be the student loan forgiveness, is absolutely unconstitutional.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@checkoutanytime Far from unconstitutional. Has absolutely nothing at all to do with the Constitution and the very "representatives" voting against it as they shill you into believing somehow you're personally injured are the very ones who've benefited gloriously from it. Look it up.
checkoutanytime · 41-45, M
@Graylight the president does not have that authority whatsoever
Graylight · 51-55, F
@checkoutanytime Not that simple at all.

And let's keep in mind, this is Trump-appointed Texas judge. Hardly surprising, nor will it stand

@Graylight it was a ploy to garner votes, not having the authority to do so.
Graylight · 51-55, F
How does he not have the authority? Specifically. @checkoutanytime
checkoutanytime · 41-45, M
@Graylight he can not remove debt of millions that accrued debt willfully. Thats a kingdom/communist style authority, not or balanced 3 branched government in anyway what so ever!
Graylight · 51-55, F
There is absolutely nothing constitutionally in that statement. when you understand the scope of the issue and the particulars involved, you can return for an intelligent discussion.

Rest easy, though. It looks like a lawsuit on behalf of the butt-hurt will keep any money from being shared with anyone. So the next time your doctor can’t see you because he has to schedule 20 extra patients a week or the service you get in your town seems to be run by village idiots who couldn’t afford education, you can let out a personal little cheer. The conservatives will always keep everyone down on their level. You can’t feel good about yourselves unless you do.@checkoutanytime

@Graylight even Nancy Pelosi said its unconstitutional, get real!

@checkoutanytime

it was a ploy to garner votes, not having the authority to do so.

I'm thinking this is likely why as well. Do you expect they're getting that desperate?
checkoutanytime · 41-45, M
@PatKirby "When Democrats are wrong, like on the border, I call them out on it," Sen. Mark Kelly - Mark Kelly Arizona D senator

The millions that crossed the border is a desperate move as well to garner votes.

@checkoutanytime Never mind the drug gang members and terrorists sprinkled in among the "undocumented".

Maybe Juarez and Chicago can be sister cities? They can have so many "cultural" exchanges. 😏
