The ballots will now be MOVED from a secure voting box to a central location in downtown Maricopa to be counted.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I have a couple more details. Apparently these voting machines contain a secure box inside, which stores the ballots. They are saying the votes will not leave the secure box, but will be sent to a central location, such as Phoenix, and counted there. However, this means these votes won't be counted for WEEKS.
