@checkoutanytime Do you know how many of the "illegals" use a phony SSI number? Every casual worker I've run into has a phony card.
If you want to end illegal entry, just pass a law requiring all employers to use e-verify. Any employer caught hiring an illegal pays a hefty fine for the first offense and loss of business license for 2nd offense.
The illegal problem would be solved immediately and no costly wall needed.
