Does anyone seriously think Pence could run?

Personally, I don't think he could win a Republican Primary vote against Trump, even if Trump were to get indicted or even convicted.

I'd love to hear that I'm wrong, but I tend to think that goody two shoes ethical/moral types can't compete with Trump in the GOP.

What would make him think they'd vote for him?
They were going to hang him.

No. The MAGA wanted t hang him.

He could and likely will run in primaries , attempting to appeal to the religious fanatics, but I don’t see him getting the nomination . I suspect they want DeSanchezitis or Abbott or the GOP Governor of Virginia instead.

Must have been a slow day in the editorial office...

Couldn't they come up with a better Trump filler story than that...? 🤔

They might have to start covering Democrats next... 🤭

He has no chance . He was dead to conservatives after he signed off on the election like a lap dog . It takes a pit bull to fend if the propagandists and their media complex . It’s funny how they all can only attack Trump to desperately avoid talking about creepy Joe sand the hoe.
@TexChik

He has no chance .
I agree with you.

And while I am fond of some pit bulls and think they've gotten a bum rap for shit that's beyond their control, I suspect that murderous snarling attack dogs are more palatable then social animals to the GOP.

@MistyCee socialists ? Definitely
I think that the Republicans would consider him a "RINO" 🤷‍♂️

I think he'd be foolish to run. If he did it would just be about ego. He's an ideologue, and a dangerous one at that, but what he's pimping has left the GOP station.

It will likely be DeSantis. Ive been predicting him for prez since the middle of tRumps term.
He might get up to a brisk walk.
LegendofPeza · 56-60, M
If Pence was either ethical or moral he would not have been stood at Trump's side for four years.
@LegendofPeza ? He told Trump he wouldn't do it.

He was touting around everywhere trying to find some legal justification to go along with Trump's scheme.

? I did not read/see/hear of this.

@SomeMichGuy 'He told Trump he wouldn't do it.' - He also told him that he had tried everything he could to find a legal justification. Eventually it was Dan Quayle (no less) who convinced him he had no choice.

@LegendofPeza I agree. Literally all he did right was to tell Trump the truth about what was and wasn't within the scope of his job. He doesn't deserve a medal for that.
It's not up to the voters.

I think the man's lucky if he's able to walk.
