DeSantis is astounding democrats by arresting crooks for voter fraud

This is almost unheard of. In more than a hundred years of voter fraud in the US almost nobody ever gets arrested for committing the crime. No wonder the befuddled voting crooks cannot believe what is happening to them.

Andrea Salcedo - Yesterday 2:36 PM

A perplexed man outside his Tampa home asked police why they would arrest him for voting after the state allowed him to vote.

A woman sitting inside a patrol car told officers she had been advised she could legally cast her ballot after completing her sentence.

A handcuffed man told police he had been instructed to fill out a voter registration form after he completed his probation.
They are among 20 people arrested Aug. 18 in Florida over alleged voter fraud in the 2020 election, new police body-cam footage released to the Tampa Bay Times shows. At a news conference later that day, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) praised the Florida Office of Election Crimes and Security, the elections police force he created because of baseless claims of mass election fraud, for arresting those he claimed had illegally registered or marked their ballots. All of them, he vowed, would “pay the price.”

As The Washington Post previously reported, those arrested — most of whom are Black — are all accused of violating a state law prohibiting those convicted of murder or felony sexual offenses from voting after completing their sentences. The arrests, The Post reported, raised questions about whether DeSantis and his election police unit were weaponizing their new powers to gain political advantage.

In the videos obtained by the Tampa Bay Times, those arrested appear puzzled when local and state police showed up at their houses to fulfill the warrants. Authorities, too, at times showed confusion when answering the questions of those taken into custody, footage shows

I normally vote Republican but I'm not OK with this at all and I'm amazed at the number of people who are blaming the "crooks" for this. THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED. The state of Florida passed a bill that automatically restored the voting rights to some, but not all felons.
Of the 20 or so people arrested (or at least the ones I'm hearing about) ALL of them fell into the group of felons who didn't get their voter rights restored automatically. Many of them were encouraged to register by state employees who should have known who was eligible and who wasn't. The registration forms should have made it clear who was eligible but apparently they didn't either. At least one had registered, moved, and renewed their registration in the new location, so that was TWO OPPORTUNITIES for the state to catch that this person or persons didn't have the legal right to vote but they were issued a registration card by the state anyway.

In other words the state of Florida fucked up and created a situation in which this was almost guaranteed to happen. I fail to see the humor in blaming it on the person who had every reason to believe they had the legal right to vote, because you know, the state of Florida told them they did.

I don't trust the news media. I don't trust the Democratic or Republican parties either. Maybe what is being reported isn't what really happened, and almost certainly it isn't the whole story. Have the state officials involved been arrested? Did they manage to find anyone who voted twice or any dead people who were voting? I would be more concerned about actual voter fraud than I am about these who were arrested on what amounts to a technicality. Were these people "hand picked" to be arrested while others guilty of the same thing intentionally overlooked? And why two years later...

What should have happened is the state should have realized their fuck up, sent the people involved a letter to the effect that they were no longer eligible to vote, and removed their names from the rolls.

@marke Guilt should be determined in a court of law. That applies equally to Trump and Hillary and anyone else. No one is above the law. Trump will be indicted after the midterms in one or more jurisdictions. Will you accept any convictions that are levied? And why didn't Trump have Hillary charged when he was president, and Lock Her Up? Could it be that he lied to you and never had any intention of charges, since there was nothing she could be charged with?

Guilt should be determined in a court of law.

Up until recently, Americans have rejected biased juries like an all-white KKK-tainted jury trying an accused black man all the jurors hate because of his color. Today, far too many Americans have come to accept tainted biased juries of leftists and rubes in political trials of conservatives or republicans for 'crimes' against the democrat party,

All governors should be like DeSantis. He actually works for the people he represents, and not just himself.
At least DeSantis is doing something about it. Unlike like Doug Ducey or his AG Mark Brnovich who've ignored all of the evidence of election fraud. Libs have also ensured that Eugene Yu's trial will be after the midterms. Wonder why 🙄

Democrats are livid that DeSantis exposed them as the racist elites that they are, when he sent illegals to "sanctuary city" Martha's Vineyard only to have the Democrat elites there swiftly kick "those people" off the island, and lie by saying they didn't have any place for them to stay. Plenty of housing available on MV.

This is almost unheard of. In more than a hundred years of voter fraud in the US almost nobody ever gets arrested for committing the crime.

The herritage foundation... yes, one of the most crooked think tanks of the US that excist only to manipulate people to vote for lower taxes because their funders don't like to pay them, have made an actual database. And they found 1,191 cases where people were convicted.

The problem why the number is so low, in data bank that goes back till 1982, is because voter fraud is just rare. But that no one ever gets commited for this crime, is bullshit.

Next to that, a good number of the people that were picked up by the police for "voter fraud", actually registered to vote. They answered the questions truthfully, even the part where they had to admit to previous crimes. And the administration said that they were eligble to vote. Then later when DeSantis wants some media attention, he goes against the administration and picks up a bunch of people so people like you can marvel at what an incredible strong guy he really is. In short, you are being duped and turned into a tool for someone elses personal gains. But hey, I wish you good luck in life tool. But I advise you to change your media diet.

Voter fraud is not rare, but awareness of the facts proving massive voter fraud is rare.

Voter Fraud: More Than 5 Million Questionable Ballots Identified In Three Key States
BY ANTON CARILLOFEB 11, 2022 11:23 AM EST

More than 5 million ballots from the 2020 Elections have allegedly been identified as fraudulent in three states pending Republican Party action, according to a report.

The Gateway Pundit (TGP) raised if the Republicans will do anything on the millions of ballots identified in Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania to be "questionable, unlawful, or spurious," and "should never have been certified."
"Over 5 million questionable ballots in the 2020 Election have been identified to date in three states--Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. These ballots were counted and prevented a President Trump win in each of these states and nationally," TGP said.

The number of ballots identified to be fraudulent in Arizona for the 2020 Election are 1.4 million. These include the 740,000 ballots whose chain of custody documentation were identified to be missing last week. There are also many ballot issues in Maricopa County identified at 300,000 during canvassing work and at 400,000 during the audit.

On the other hand, the identified fraudulent ballots in Georgia total 2 million for the 2020 Elections. These pertain to missing original ballot images, which are required by law to be intact to support the validity of the final ballot images. The missing original images may easily raise questions on the ballots being tampered or not.
Pennsylvania has 2.5 million votes declared to be "invalid" by the court due to the conduct of the state in handling the ballots for absentee voters.

"In Pennsylvania, a court there ruled that the manner in which the state managed and allowed for absentee ballots before and since 2020 was not constitutional. This means that a very large percent of the absentee ballots in the 2020 Election were invalid in Pennsylvania," the report highlighted.

"There were roughly 2.5 million absentee ballots in the state of which 80% went to Biden. Take away 2 million ballots in that election for Biden and half a million for President Trump and you have around 1.5 million invalid ballots in the state for Joe Biden. Biden was given the state by less than 100,000 ballots but roughly 2 million of Biden's votes were invalid," the media outlet added.

Accordingly, these are just a few of the issues on the ballots. There are reportedly other states, such as Michigan and Wisconsin, that have issues on their ballots for the 2020 Elections. Multiple cases of election fraud were filed in Michigan last October that all dealt with absentee ballots. While a month after the November 2020 Elections, former President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit on the 220,000 abuses on absentee ballots found in Wisconsin. However, the lawsuit was rejected in court.

Retired Army Intelligence Captain Seth Keshel exposed in August 8.1 million excess votes for President Joe Biden that were based on the final vote counts from all 50 states. Keshel was able to make a "U.S. Election Fraud Map" based on the data he acquired that color-coded states according to the prevalence of fraud in it during the last election.

The states identified to have "rampant/high" incidence of fraud, which was colored red, were California, Oregon, and Washington. Keshel revealed that there are five states where excess votes for Biden were given. These were, in their ranking order of highest to lowest, Texas, Michigan, Washington, New Jersey, and Georgia.

This is DeSantis being tough on crime. Problem is, he's going after everyone when no one's doing anything improper but ignoring his authoritarian edicts.

And for everyone who thinks he so damned smart, he can't even see when he's center ring as the buffoon. I know another guy like that.
If the Biden DOJ can be selective in who it jails for contempt of Congress( Bannon) but disregard people like Eric Holder and Lois Lerner) then I say kudos to De santis for jailing people committing voter fraud. That’s a two sided coin.

Four congressional Democrats sent a letter to the owners of Dominion Voting Systems and cited several problems that “threaten the integrity of our elections,” including “vote switching.”
In a December 2019 letter to Dominion Voting Systems, which has been mired in controversy after a human error involving its machines in Antrim County, Michigan, resulted in incorrect counts, Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar and congressman Mark Pocan warned about reports of machines “switching votes,” “undisclosed vulnerabilities,” and “improbable” results that “threaten the integrity of our elections.”

Revelation 9

1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.

8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.

11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

Did they arrest any of the white people , in the same way, in the Villages who voted twice? Or did they just get charged and lackluster punishment?

Also..these people were lied to and provided the means to vote by the state election authority. They are being arrested on false charges that the officer have never even heard of.

They were told they could vote purposely so that they could then be arrested for voting. Anyone with half a brain understands what happened here.

Don't be a fucking dumbass.

The obvious attempt to distract from the issue of voter fraud by raising the possibility of racism does not justify voting fraud. Ignorance of the law is no excuse and claiming the criminal did not mean to commit a crime is no justification either. As shocked as these criminals are it seems obvious that they have been accustomed to similar election violations for a long time and never expected to be arrested for it since nobody ever seemed to get arrested for violating voting laws in their past experience.

Former South Philly Judge of Elections Charged in Voter Fraud Scheme, Cast Fraudulent Votes at All Levels of Government

By Grant Atkinson October 13, 2021 at 3:48pm
Since the 2020 presidential election, Democrats have demonized Republicans who raise concerns about election integrity. But a new report Wednesday said a staffer of one Philadelphia politician had been engaging in voter fraud as far back as 2015.

According to Philadelphia magazine, Marie Beren, 67, faces federal charges for participating in a voter fraud scheme from 2015-2019. The outlet said Beren faces four charges related to voter fraud, one of which is conspiracy.
At the time of the charges, Beren was serving as a staffer for Philadelphia City Councilmember Mark Squilla. However, she has previously served in plenty of other political roles in the city.

Prosecutors said Beren and an unidentified “consultant” were involved in the voter fraud conspiracy. The complaint alleges the consultant “exercised influence and control in Philadelphia’s 39th Ward by distributing cash payments and supporting family, friends and allies for elective office in the 39th Ward, and installing Ward Leaders, Judges of Elections, and Democratic State Committee.”

Prosecutors said that around 1984, this consultant “installed” Beren to the committee for the Democratic Party in the 39th Ward of Philadelphia. In 1988, the consultant helped Beren become the judge of elections for the second district in the 39th Ward.

According to Philadelphia, a judge of elections essentially serves as the head of a polling place for both the primary and general elections. Prosecutors said two other divisions also voted at the same polling place, making Beren a “de facto judge of elections” for all three.

After serving in that role for 27 years, Beren stepped down and became a poll watcher in 2015. At that point, prosecutors allege Beren hand-picked a replacement who would allow her to continue running the election process for the three divisions.

This setup allegedly remained the same from 2015-2019. Starting in 2015, the consultant began directing Beren to add fraudulent voters to certain candidates, some of whom were clients of the consultant.
On Election Day, the consultant would drive Beren to the polling place and tell her how to cast fraudulent votes. She then allegedly engaged in multiple illegal activities such as advising in-person voters to support a certain candidate, casting votes herself in other people’s names and encouraging voters to cast additional votes for family members who were not present.

At the end of the day, prosecutors said Beren and other unnamed workers would add names to the voting book of people who never came to the polling place. They allegedly did this to falsely match the number of fake votes cast.
While the alleged crimes occurred in the city of Philadelphia, the effects could potentially have been felt nationwide. Prosecutors said the fraud occurred “at every level of government, from municipal to state to federal,” according to Philadelphia.

As of Wednesday, the outlet said prosecutors had not specified the number of fraudulent votes, nor whether any election results may have been altered by the scheme.
“These allegations are an encouraging sign that our partners in law enforcement continue to investigate and prosecute voter fraud at polling places, as they’d done in the past in conjunction with our office,” Philadelphia City Commissioner Al Schmidt said.

This scheme certainly does not prove that widespread voter fraud occurred in the 2020 presidential election, especially because these alleged crimes do not extend past 2019.
The story does prove, however, that voter fraud is eminently possible and does occur in America.
The complaint from Philadelphia was also not the only one to be filed this week. On Monday, Michigan officials announced three women were charged with voter fraud relating to the 2020 election.

If only life had a fast forward button, to when DeSantis is President.
