The answer is really simple: because it did not happen.

Donald Trump was awarded an Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 1986, but the award was given as an acknowledgement of his German ancestry and his contributions to New York City as a real estate developer.

Rosa Parks and Muhammad Ali, were also given an award that same day, so all three of them were present at the same time, in the same place. It's possible that a picture was taken, but the claim made in the meme is 100%, certified bullshit.

That's the point. Why should Jewish-Americans give a fuck about what Trump is doing in a foreign country that most of them have never even been to? It's because, again, Trump is saying Jewish-Americans aren't really American. He's saying their "real" country is Israel.
It's just like saying that the "Mexican judge" can't do his job because, even though he's Mexican-American, his "real" country is Mexico.


He said that they "came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe" and then right after that, said they should "go back" to the "crime infested places from which they came." He was obviously saying they should go back to their countries. If you're seriously going to argue that he meant American cities, then you're just being bad faith.
If I say "you come from a crappy country," then in the next breath say "you should go back to where you came from" you obviously know what I'm saying.
