in California or a few other states they never have asked for my drivers license to vote except you have to show id if you goto polls and your listed as a mail in ballot. HUMMM how does this work for them exactly??
My Moms been dead since 2013 and they wont remove her from the voter rolls because she has to request it. every year I make sure she hasn't voted but they still insisit on keeping her on the rolls until she requests to be removed permanently isn't California just so full of itself with this voter suppression of my Dead Mom

I agree that illegal immigration is a problem in terms of voting, but there are far too illegal immigrants here now for us to deport them, and no wall can be adequate to defend thousands of miles of border like we have. Crime happens in large part because the laws of man contradict the needs of man; thus, to solve the illegal immigration problem, the most effective tool will be to change the law to better fit people's needs. Plus, having more legal immigration could really spur economic growth, since immigrants are 80% more entrepreneurial than their native-born contemporaries.
Totally agree that voter ID laws should be a thing, but we'd need to do that in tandem with providing free photo ID. Usually you have to pay fees, which comes at the risk of suppressing the working class in elections.

@BlueVeins Actually, President Trump was very clear that there wasn't a need for a really long wall, because certain areas were their own barriers. The wall keeps those animals from Central America from showing up by the thousands and demanding to be let in.

There is a way to get back the integrity of our elections without voter id. I keep sending it to all our lawmakers who want election reform to no response. It will make the liberals heads explode as they snivel VOTER SUPRESSION.
AS every naturalized citizen in America knows you have to be able to read and write in ENGLISH to pass the naturalization test.
Only AMERICANS are legally able to vote - no foreign influence in our elections,
Why do we print ballots in 17 different languages in the hundreds of millions ?? this is foreign influence in our elections discreetly disguised as inclusion.
how do our poll workers even read these ballots during a hand count?? I looked like to me not many poll workers were bilingual. Only naturalized citizens are eligible to vote as an AMERICAN citizen.

I can only talk about the state I live in and prior to the 2020 election, no votes received after 8:00pm on election day were invalid, the democrat legislature and governor changed that to votes could be counted after poll closing in the months coming up to the election. When polls closed at 8:00pm, Trump was ahead in PA. Then the local news started showing the people bringing garbage bags full of ballots into the precincts and by Wednesday morning, Biden had a comfortable lead in PA. So, to me, there was some shady things going on with the state government and with vote harvesting in the state. In addition, there have been 2 election judges from PA who have been sentenced to prison for election fraud. So, I think it is smart to question the results in the state I live in.

not talking about the usa here now... but pretty much all election systems are based on practical circumszances that no longer exist. like voting for a representive from yourt home area that then votes on things on yourt behalf in the capital.
those are things that were nescessary when there was no internet or even connections faster then horses and trains.
also you could only vote for one guy and thats all.. everything else was to complicated.
but we have the technology now to make a more sophisticated voting system... the most important change here is to make ranked voting system. means thats my number one pick... if he is out.. then thats my number 2... if thats out thats my number 3 etc... that makes for a much better representation what people really want.
