What other reason would they have? He was trumps Vice President.

Lying leftist crap is so stupid and dishonest that it hurts. It does not matter how many people may have been convicted of whatever, none of those people were convicted of doing anything that is claimed by the bogus Steele dossier.
The Trump Tower meeting was set up by Glen Simpson in an effort to dishonestly frame Trump for allegedly colluding with Russians but the whole setup was a democrat hoax. Obama had to sign a waiver to allow Natalia Veselnitskaya to be admitted back into the US where she met with Simpson before and after the democrat-arranged meeting in Trump Tower. Trump Jr. discerned that the woman was a democrat plant and kicked her out.

Obama allowed Putin to invade Ukraine by violating the Budapest memorandum and that laid the groundwork for Putin's current invasion of Ukraine and threat of Russian nuclear retaliation against the US.
