Should federal welfare to poor backward republican states be ended
As it is now educated affluent democratic states pay for welfare to uneducted poor republican states espacially in the deep south should this end.

No, many of those in the red states in such situations vote blue or don’t vote at all. If we classify an entire region or group this way, we are stooping down to the level of the White nationalists. We could and should stop gerrymandering and eliminate the electoral college and go with the popular vote, then you’d see a very different outcome in these “red states”. I understand the frustration, sometimes I want to take Texas and declare it a separate country hostile to the USA, but in reality that isn’t the way to solve our problems.
