Do you agree that parents who homeschool their children, should be paid by the government?

I was talking to a friend on here, and he agreed with me. I won't mention his name, because I don't want him to have to go into the witness protection program, for associating with a dirty rotten scoundrel like me.

In my state, it costs about $20,000 to teach a student for a year in a government school. Conservatives are not happy with our tax dollars going to a government school that focuses on teaching crap about pronouns, toxic masculinity, all white people are garbage, and of course, LGBTQRSTUV. Meanwhile, the government schools are saying that math and science are racist. lol

If parents want to forgo this insanity, and teach their own kids, I believe they should get paid. I believe that if this came to fruition, the government schools would be nearly empty. Yes the mafia (teacher's union) wouldn't like it, but tough shit.

should the parents be able hold teachers and school responsible?
The bar has dropped lower every year to cover the education departments failures, to a point whole classes can’t pass a math test.
Kids used to get made to repeat a year if they didn’t meet ‘the standard’
Now they get a free pass because … you know? Feelings

Somethings gotta give.. just sayin

The one,

This is an actual conversation I had with a young girl, while going through the drive-thru at a fast food joint.

Jim: Give me your largest strawberry shake.
Girl: We don't have a largest strawberry shake.
Jim: You don't have shakes?
Girl: Yes, we have shakes.
Jim: You don't have strawberry shakes?
Girl: Yes, we have strawberry shakes.
Jim: Then give me your largest strawberry shake.
Girl: We don't have a largest shake.
Jim: What do you have?
Girl: Small and medium.
Jim: Then give me your largest medium.
Girl: You got it, pull up to the next window.

But I bet she knows her pronouns backward and forward.
