Imagine if Merchant marine, commercial aircraft and train dining car galleys,

Were subject to local health code inspections at all airports, sea ports/docks, train stations and ports of entery/ports of call with the same fines as fixed local commercial restaurant kitchens for failing inspections.

Imagine a specific genre of restaurant that does presumably get visited by health inspectors, yet somehow still keeps bags of bread on tables that anyone can reach into to retrieve a piece of bread with their bare, nasty hands .... both before AND DURING Covid ... 🥴
