Imagine if Merchant marine, commercial aircraft and train dining car galleys,

Were subject to local health code inspections at all airports, sea ports/docks, train stations and ports of entery/ports of call with the same fines as fixed local commercial restaurant kitchens for failing inspections.

@SW-User most of them get health department certification at whatever area of their choice and dodge the porcess of random health code inspections.

Just imagine of all health inspectors were given the authority to conduct random surprise inspections amd issue citations and suspend their operation permits for code violation

Imagine a specific genre of restaurant that does presumably get visited by health inspectors, yet somehow still keeps bags of bread on tables that anyone can reach into to retrieve a piece of bread with their bare, nasty hands .... both before AND DURING Covid ... 🥴
