Trump demands the immediate release of the search warrant information…yet still doesn’t release it himself? 🤔

He and his lawyers have their own copies of it and could release it anytime they want… 🤷‍♂️

Which documents though?

He's likely got a "thin" warrant with a list of possible crimes he doesnt want out there, and an inventory list of what they took, which probably doesn't say much.

His lawyers want the attachments and the affidavit, and my guess is, he's wanting to play this out as a witch hunt to his best advantage dramatically.

I'm out there on a limb, but, as soon as the warrant and maybe a redacted inventory gets released, Trump will be screaming about the affidavit, which he probably HASN'T seen yet.

As I understand it, if there were any attachments with the warrant itself his lawyer should already have them. The affidavit won’t be seen until the actual trial if there is one. @MistyCee

@Zaphod42 Depends on how it's written, I guess, but it really shouldn't have to wait for trial, as opposed to pretrial discovery/disclosure.

The search warrant wouldn’t have that information, nor would the receipt of property. The warrant itself would just have the basic information of where is being searched and what is being searched for and possibly the crimes suspected of being committed, and the property receipt would just have a vague description of what was taken @Foreverconfused

How could they give him a copy when it was a surprise raid, and he wasn’t there. He was in NY. His lawyer was there, and she said, in an interview yesterday that she asked for a copy, and they wouldn’t give her one. She had to wait 8-hours outside because they wouldn’t allow her inside, and eventually they brought some water out to her because of the heat. That’s straight from her mouth, not fake news of MSM. @Zaphod42
