To be honest when the UK posts things about the US and they only hear a selected biased media it really breaks my heart as if the honest people here can’t see what’s going on. I mean no harm towards Helen. She’s my friend. I just think she only sees half the pic when she posts like that about Trump… 😞

@Unefilletrescurieuse I cant say I don't feel the same way at times. Hell the division within the US alone can lead to the same feelings. Rumor always trumps fact. No pun intended.

@SW-User I’ve seen too much and I’ve seen censored media trying to stop free speech when so very Americans don’t have a problem with that tells me they don’t realize what’s happening. Of course across the pond, they only have the news but here we are not sheltered from hearing both sides… I just can’t imagine that I’d even attempt to think I know what goes on in the UK or any other foreign country…

@Unefilletrescurieuse I would agree if never having lived there, we just dont know the inner workings. I spent 18 years as a military brat and 20 years on active duty myself. So I have seen other countries first hand. But I still can claim to be an expert on none.
