So far Alex Jones has to pay $4.1 million in compensatory damages for defaming the parents of Jesse Lewis. Punitive damages are still to be decided.
And this is only one pair of parents; there are other parents in line to sue. In particular there's a suit in Connecticut that should be going to trial very soon.

Court records show that Jones' Infowars store, which sells nutritional supplements and survival gear, made more than $165 million between 2015 and 2018. Jones has also urged listeners on his Infowars program to donate money.
@bijouxbroussard I'm glad you said supposedly. I did some digging and found out it was originally said about Barnum, and people recognized that it was basically his attitude.
