He IS a psychopath. During his divorce proceedings, lest we forget, his wife tried to call him an unfit parent because of the crap he spews on his show. He responded to her accusation by saying he doesn't actually believe anything he says on his show. That should have been the moment when his loyal viewers abandoned him.

@Carla Tbh, it reminds me when I was in middle school and I would insist I was right on certain things that were mostly wrong because it made my Mom (especially) boiling mad and my teachers (sometimes) angry. I guess you could say it gave me a perverted sense of control over authority even though there was grounding and detention consequences on occasion. But, then I grew up. And, that was middle school.
