I believe in advocating for workers owning the means of their production. Improvement in social welfare and services and ending class divisions

Carissimi · F
So you are a communist. This never works out well for the workers. The Elites own everything, and the workers starve to death, are killed, or forced into labor camps. What kind of mentality advocates for such a totalitarian and despicable regime.
@Loopysoutherner
communism never been established hun
Obviously. That's the point. Marx's Communism concept failed everywhere.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@DffrntDrmmr you misunderstand me. It hasn't failed no country has ever had it esteblished
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@Carissimi she was reading Carl Marx the other day 👀
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
I'm an anarchist and any good anarchist is heavily informed by Marx's shots on capitalism. So short of it is absolutely own the means of production but I have no truck with this notion of conquering the state and centrally planning the economy. I find that just reinforces class systems. Organize before all else.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@basilfawlty89 I'm aware of that and highly respect how anarchists want to go about establishing a new fairer society, just sounds idealistic to me

😄

Ahem... 😐 Sorry, I couldn't help it.
@DffrntDrmmr justice and progress -. Kaught!! Poned lib. You owned the lib and only fossil fuels can work. The lib can suck it! Ecocide is permanent poning for libs.

Lol! They're ridiculous and we're all laughing.
Voters would run the economy for the benefit of everyone.
Better stick with someone else. Not the public.
Equality would totally ruin the caste system.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@Roundandroundwego @Roundandroundwego good. No one person is better than the other
@Loopysoutherner that's a Marxist secret you don't tell the workers.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@Roundandroundwego ill tell every worker much as I possibly can

Marxism: a pseudo-religion grounded in pseudo-science and enforced by political tyranny.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@DffrntDrmmr nope. Its a critic of religion and the state and advocates for common co operative businesses and ending class division in society whilst having the state wither away
@Loopysoutherner Ironic, isn't it, that an atheist generated a pseudo-religion... that you proselytize. 😁
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@DffrntDrmmr agreed. That goes completely against what marx stood for
worker owned business perform well, and ownership changes the entire scene
and it is perfectly acceptable in a transactional culture.

many cases in real life.
going back centuries
MrSmooTh · 31-35, M
There will always be division of classes no matter what laws and regulations become enacted. It's just human nature. There will always be haves and have nots. Look at the prison system as an example. They basically have everything taken from them and are given very little privileges. Every inmate should be on equal footing, but there is always a hierarchy that is established.
@MrSmooTh okay. Then when libs rule, I'm going off on some conservative heads. It's not possible to be fair -. Somebody has to have his head under my boots.
MrSmooTh · 31-35, M
@Roundandroundwego I mean you can try.
GrinNude · 61-69, C
Some company owners with great foresight have done very well by keeping some of the stock and distributing the bulk of it to the employees gradually through an ESOP - employee stock ownership program. In time, the employees gradually can become the major owners of a very profitable business. It can be a win-win. Ernie.
ServantOfTheGoddess · 61-69, M
A spectre is haunting SW: the spectre of communism :)
CharlesRomsey · 61-69, M
The kind of idealism that results in a workers' co-operative going on strike against themselves? It happened here in the UK.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@CharlesRomsey it became a Co operative as a result of the strike
CharlesRomsey · 61-69, M
@Loopysoutherner There was more strikes. Which is why the motorcycle industry in the UK collapsed.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@CharlesRomsey the uk wasn't go through a great time then
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
Who gonna be da hmfic?
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@sunsporter1649 yep as theirs no one boss but all workers working in Co operation
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@Loopysoutherner A horse designed by a committee.

Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@sunsporter1649 beautiful
SW-User
Yawn...take your half arsed political science studies somewhere else...please!!
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@SW-User no ill stay here. If you don't support workers rights then you don't have to reply
SW-User
You sound like a very easily and indoctrinated petson.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@SW-User because I believe in the improvement of not only workers rights but also freedom and equality for all people? Explain
Why do Democrats divide everything into racial classes?
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
@DffrntDrmmr holy shit this is an incredible response
@DffrntDrmmr whatever. No making sense -. It leads to doing stuff.
Really · 80-89, M
Loopy, first things first: 'They're, 'their" and 'there' have three different meanings.
Human1000 · 51-55, M
