Shaveit Wrong. Trump evaded charges and prosecution while in office because of political immunity from prosecution. But trump has been found guilty on multiple counts of fraud...for both state and federal felonies. He was found guilty of interstate wire fraud and multiple counts of fraud in multiple class actions suits in Florida for his supposed Trump University that never existed. In that case he pled no contest in Florida and paid a fine of $25 million to avoid prison in a plea deal. In addition to that he "donated" a "campaign donation" to the female blonde Attorney General of Florida not to push for jail time..and then gave her a job in his administration...that included a mandatory non-disclosure agreement to stop her from ever telling the story to the press.
Then in N.Y State he...and all the members of his family........were found guilty of multiple counts of IRS Charities fraud. He was running for pres when that verdict was returned so because of political immunity he was allowed to pay $2.2 million in restitution to avoid prison time. There were multiple counts of both state and federal IRS felonies in that indictment. He and his family stole every dime from a children's cancer charity and every dime from a disabled veterans fund. In addition to paying the $2.2 million, the rest of the courts verdict was that neither her or any member of his family would never be allowed to be connected to any charity from then on in N. Y. State.
Think a minute........................who pays $25 million.....then $2.2 million if the charges were not valid and a verdict had been returned of his guilt of the felony charges he was tried for. If you pay "to avoid prison" in a plea deal...........you are absolutely guilty of felonies charges.
