My thoughts on Donald Trump.....

Former U S President Donald Trump was,in my opinion,the best President there has been for the lower and middle class since Ronald Regan.His common sense economic policies produced an unprecedented time of prosperity,his tough stance on illegal immigration was long overdue and his foreign policy made it clear that under his watch America was no longer going to be pushed around.And he was perhaps the greatest allie to Israel ever seen.He was horribly abused by his political opposition and treated with a mostly total unfairness by a dishonest media.Ill always respect the wonderful things he has done for this country,but I think there is one more thing he should do;perhaps for him the most difficult thing of all:DONT RUN FOR ANOTHER TERM.Although its for reasons that are mostly not his fault,it is clear that it would not work out.The corrupt leftists would simply continue there dishonest and illegal attempts to oust him from power,and they'd be obstructing him at every turn,with the corrput establishment media cheering them on.Also,there are significant amount of Never-Trumpers(or as I like to call them,PEOPLE-DISATTACHED-TO-REALITY)who wouldnt vote for him at all.And if one were to be honest,the fact is that the man is getting old.Unlike the senile idiot currently there,he does still possess is mind,but older is older and everyone slows down at a certain point.The best thing that Donald Trump could do is pass off the office to a younger person with the right temperament who can take his ideas into the next cycle(Ron DeSantis!)Am I right?

No.

But at your age, you have not yet had your frontal cortex--the part of your brain which makes good decisions--finish forming. As a result, you seem to be simply echoing things others have said.

Trump was a train-wreck, and that's been well-documented, and your misunderstanding of foreign policy is...vast.

He tried to extract America from the various systems put in place after WWII, and his antics made us an international laughingstock. He emboldened the North Korean Communist dictator, the Russian autocrat trying to revive the Russian/Soviet empire, the strong man of Syria, the leaders of Iran... By withdrawing, he created opportunities for China & Russia to oppose us. He showed others that the US can't be trusted (via his treatment of the Kurds).

@SomeMichGuy No,Im NOT "echoing others";Im basing my opinions on what I see and perceive for myself.If Donald Trump was a train wreck,then Joe Biden must be a nuclear meltdown.

The lowest unemployment, strong jobs growth, other countries not laughing at us...yeah, a train wreck.

Trump had a dismal last year.

Oh, the pandemic, you say? Trump mismanaged our handling of it. Biden et al. tried to dig us out of the hole, here, but Trump's admitted lying about the severity, suggesting bullshit "treatments", and NOT getting a vaccine first, publicly, loudly, and asking his supporters to do so...that helped kill hundreds of thousands of Americans needlessly.

So if "the pandemic" is a good excuse for Trump, it has to be fine for Biden...who can't control what OTHER countries do, and a *global* supply chain means we are at the mercy of what happens elsewhere (healthwise [China continues to have shutdowns due to CoViD], military-wise [Russia-Ukraine], etc.)...and he doesn't control the price of oil, which is set by commodities markets, OPEC...

Inflation was an inevitable consequence of what was happening (too little supply for the surge of people buying again), but firms [such as Abbott labs, which seems to have done nothing to reopen its infant formula plant here in Mich after having a shutdown due to a health problem] and industries [the US oil companies shut down the capacity to process 700 - 800 kbarrels of petroleum per day, and they are sitting on leases rather than producing product].

@DavidT8899 It is true, brains don't really finish growing up until 25. You need to keep an open mind until then.
@FlowersNButterflies ...and beyond! 😉😊
