As long as the fetus is born, it can die from environmental pollutants. The Justices do not care about human lives after birth.

@MistyCee Collins will remain "concerned". But 52 Democratic Senators can eliminate the filibuster without Manchin and Senema.
@windinhishair we need to get the 52 then
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@MistyCee I have been consistently opposed to eliminating the filibuster for decades, but this past year I have changed my mind. We may not have another opportunity to save democracy and ensure that the people are in charge of their own government.
Why are you calling them Conservatives?
Just because they do?
There seems to be very little interest in conserving these days as opposed to radical regression.
Repealing Roe is not "conserving" anything as much as taking away women's rights, and even giving fetus' rights isn't conserving much.
The rest of SCOTUS work this year is likewise, more reactionanry than Conservative and the last week isn't all of it.

The idea that a friend of my friend is an ally is nice, but "liberals" normalizing this extremism among so-called Conservatives is, imo, not helpful.
With all due respect, because I agree with your sentiment, of course, but I think the bigger problem isn't right vs left as much as embracing honesty or dishonesty.
Yes, liberals can lie, but they tend to be sensitive to it, while many so called Conservatives these days just double down on the lies and
attack the other side.

@MistyCee then open war against the right should be the rules.
@Roundandroundwego Calling them the "Right" doesn't really help much either, imo, because there are plenty of Right leaning folks you alienate and draw into the US vs Them thing, and you piss off a lot of in the middle folks with mixtures of left vs right ideas as well.
There's a radical anti-human society/good government thing happening here, and, imo, it goes way deeper than left/right and Liberal/Conservatism.

@Roundandroundwego Kill, kill, kill!!! Please stop, you're cracking me up.🤣🤣
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@graphite no kids-. The majority needs to fight the right and kill this snide fascism.
graphite · 61-69, M
@Roundandroundwego 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Envirofascists want to control every aspect of everyone's life to "Save the environment!" and then call anyone who dares to disagree with them "fascist." You can't make this stuff up.🤣🤣
BizSuitStacy · M
can we be openly against THEM?
...so asks the civil war saber rattler
BizSuitStacy · M
@Roundandroundwego civil war talk is for bozos...but you keep bringing it up.
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@BizSuitStacy no, civil war talk has different sides. One side has been promoting it for decades, the other wanted civil democracy, but lost. Peace is radical, peace is off the table but war is very real, the guns and cars as really aren't an accident.
You got silence from us and we voted blue-. Sorry, enough failure.

@Roundandroundwego Right...because you're an expert on civil war. 🙄
But...please keep talking.

LOL
We are doomed
We are doomed
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
I bet that makes a lot more sense in your mind than it does as a post on SW. Care to clarify?
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@hippyjoe1955 no. Liars will lie! You still won't understand what's wrong with being a moderate in the face of evil no matter what evidence we all have. You can always be a conservative! You win!
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@Roundandroundwego Can you define moderate? TBH I still have no idea what your first post is all about. Can you please clarify?
SW-User
Some conservatives genuinely believe that the supply of crude oil is infinite. 😂
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
@SW-User whatever! The Truth ain't moved nothing. Both sides led to the end of the ecosystem.
Roundandroundwego · 61-69
Let's reach across the aisle to help kill everything.
