Now that conservatives are openly against the EPA can we be openly against THEM?

Is it okay to side with life, even if we gotta divide the country?

As long as the fetus is born, it can die from environmental pollutants. The Justices do not care about human lives after birth.
@windinhishair so no more Dems, no more reaching across the aisle. Leftist, green solidarity, or you are the problem.

@Roundandroundwego It isn't quite that simple, but we need to change the direction of the country as it solidifies minority rule. Once the Justices rule in the Moore v. Harper case coming up in the next term, it will be time to eliminate the filibuster and pass legislation to reverse the EPA decision and others.
@windinhishair [Roundandrounwego]

First, we need the votes to eliminate the filibuster. We don't have them now, and odds are, we won't have them next term either, if we don't focus on that first.

@MistyCee The Senate is more likely to be more Democratic in 2023. That will be the opportunity.
@MistyCee we? Oh a conservative helper! A Dem. You lose always, Dem.

@windinhishair Mebbe. Looks better than the house at this point, but I don't think you can count on Manchin and Sinema anymore then Collins and Murkowski.

@MistyCee Collins will remain "concerned". But 52 Democratic Senators can eliminate the filibuster without Manchin and Senema.
@windinhishair we need to get the 52 then

@MistyCee I have been consistently opposed to eliminating the filibuster for decades, but this past year I have changed my mind. We may not have another opportunity to save democracy and ensure that the people are in charge of their own government.
