I take a look at these issues on a case-by-case basis. I'm not for renaming anything just because it's a Founding Father, who owned slaves, for example.
Here, the mountain was named after an Army officer who led a massacre in 1870 in which at least 173 Native Americans were killed in response to the alleged murder of a white fur trader. This doesn't seem like PC overreach, but a reasonable recognition of the Native Americans massacred by the United States.

@sunsporter1649 I think I've responded to this one before. I tend to agree with Dr. Seuss and Mr. Potatohead being PC overreach. Mr. Pillow is a right wing loon, so am okay with someone not wanting his pillows. I am very much pro-Lincoln and Huck Finn. I think the "Redskins" change was long overdue.
