Insects are not allowed on the endangered species list, so the bee is now a fish for the purpose of being able to legislate law surrounding the steep decline of our number one pollinatior.

That's OK. Despite all the right-wing lies, the ruling was based on the Cal Fish & Game legal code that covers far more than fish. In particular, the code includes invertebrates. Somebody's meme went viral, but it's based on a lie.
