Though I am no fan of Biden and criticize him on his many gaffes, I want to be fair and remind some who may not remember Ronald Reagan’s 11 Aug ‘84 remark, “ we begin bombing in five minutes” referring to Russia. Albeit a stupid not meant to be heard remark , the soviets did respond to it and as reported went on military alert.
