Sen. Rand Paul Claims Biden Pushed Putin Into Invading Ukraine by Supporting Its Bid to Join NATO.

Give it up, Paul. Josh Hawley is Putin's favorite senator and you're not going to win him over with the pandering.
Ukraine applied to join NATO in 2008. Somebody should remind Rand Paul who was president in 2008 and what the Ukraine policies were.

During a visit to Kiev on Friday, US Vice President Dick Cheney expressed support for Ukraine's bid to join NATO and urged Ukraine's deeply divided prime minister and president to unite.

US Vice President Dick Cheney on Friday expressed support for Ukraine's bid to join NATO following talks with President Viktor Yushchenko, saying no country outside of the alliance should have a veto.

"Ukrainians have a right to choose whether they wish to join NATO, and NATO has a right to invite Ukraine to join the alliance when we believe they are ready and that the time is right. No outside country has a veto," Cheney said.

"The allies agreed in Bucharest that Ukraine will eventually be able to enter, and that is the way it stands today," Cheney said, in an apparent reference to Russia, which has opposed ex-Soviet Ukraine's membership bid.

The f**king Eye Doctor.

Ukraine has been working at satisfying necessary requirements long before this invasion began. Perhaps the Eye Doctor should wonder aloud about the benefit of withholding aid to a country on the brink of invasion so it can help in counterintelligence investigation for a US election.

I'm actually embarrassed for Paul. He's that kid always tagging behind the group with his homework folded in his pocket offering to drive his dad's car if he can come to the party, too.
@Graylight Small wonder why even the next door neighbor beats him up when he sees him outside.

God, this man is nuts
The only good thing I can say about Rand Paul is that his dad was worse.

Can we just get rid of every politician who expresses public support of Russia? Can we do that one basic fucking thing?

@BlueGreenGrey Weird how these "small government" Libertarians keep supporting Authoritarianism, which is pretty big government.
