chemical weapons

today ukraine have accused russia of using chemical weapons in maripol again ukrainian troops and civilians . now what i do not understand and get is if russian troops have withdrawn from this part of ukraine why has it only come to light now .i am not suggesting this story has been fabricated and iwould not put it past the little gremlin in the kremlin to order there use as they have been used in other countries of europe .

Did the Russians-- under the new General who's taking over the Ukraine invasion -- use chemical weapons in Syria to kill civilian populations in a scorched earth policy? Seems I heard something about that when the guy go the new assignment.

@ChipmunkErnie General Alexander Dvornikov was appointed the lead in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Yes, he did kill civilians in Syria using chemical weapons and was known for his brutality. You can bet you will see an escalation in brutality in the areas of Ukraine Russia is still targeting at the moment.
