@DavidT8899 Please, it's obvious that DeSantis sees Trump as fading and wants to appropriate his followers. That means he has to oppose the vaccine. It's easier for him as he doesn't have Trump's problem of having encouraged the vaccine's development.

@LeopoldBloom As far as I'm concerned,the fact that the LEFTISTS-the wackos who have taken over the Democratic party are most definitely NOT liberals in any traditional sense-hate DeSantis with a passion is sign he's doing a great job.And I never said he wasn't trying to appeal to the Maga crowd.And when you consider the core values of that crowd-a secure border,low taxes,energy independence,respect for the unborn and an America 🇺🇸 that works first and foremost for the good of Americans-I think that's a good and logical thing.

@DavidT8899 Liberals don't support institutional racism, enslaving women by forcing them to give birth at gunpoint, or making LGBT into second-class citizens, so why would they want to join with conservatives? The Republican party doesn't even have a philosophy anymore beyond knee-jerk opposition to the Democrats and abject worship of Cheeto Benito. It's why they literally got nothing done when they controlled the government from 2017 to 2019, other than a tax cut for their super-rich owners.

@DavidT8899 I will be phone banking for the Democrats, because I need to do everything I can to prevent the Republicans from enacting their anti-American agenda. Hopefully Trump will be indicted by then, which will throw the GOP into chaos as he has no obvious successor. And no, it's not DeSantis.
