These chants were heard at football stadiums around the country long before that NASCAR race .

@AthrillatheHunt That's not correct. The NASCAR fans were chanting "fuck Joe Biden," and a reporter who happened to be talking to a racer named Brandon said the crowd was chanting "let's go Brandon." Once that went viral, the MAGA cult started repeating "let's go Brandon" instead of "fuck Joe Biden." Nobody said "let's go Brandon" before that because it wouldn't have meant anything until the reporter said it.
