Should democratic states and counties pay welfare to republican states and counties

Democratic states and counties are in generell signficantly more educated and wealthier than republican ones thus federal and state taxes payed in by democratic states and counties subsidies republican ones is this fair.

Honestly the USA should split into 3 separate countries with a shared military.

The Republicans can have the deep south, the Democrats can have the Northern most states, and the moderates get the states in the middle.

That way we can just see whose policies make for the best quality of life.

@Eternity You'd think it'd make more sense to split them into west coast, midwest/south, and northeast, since that's roughly how the political parties are divied up as-is. I somewhat doubt it'd help much with testing policies, considering that all kinds of countries already have policies that either party is advocating for. If that's your angle, I'd go one step further and enshrine more states' rights into law. Get a whole political laboratory going.
@Eternity The divide isn’t red and blue states, but blue cities and red rural areas.
