Should democratic states and counties pay welfare to republican states and counties

Democratic states and counties are in generell signficantly more educated and wealthier than republican ones thus federal and state taxes payed in by democratic states and counties subsidies republican ones is this fair.

@bijouxbroussard Thats actually a pivotal point that most people miss in this discussion. The Republican theory is one of short term profit for a few, but long term decline of the whole. The more progressive platform of the Democrats does tend to grown the whole through developing the infrastructure and educating the workforce. Thie encourages new industries to move to the area, even if they have to pay more taxes, because they can draw on local skills and sell into a better local market.😷
