@sunsporter1649 Well, if there is no good case, they don't go to prosecution sporter. But if you start looking around a little bit, you find examples of prosecutions.
Here is an article by the department of justice from 2020, and it's about 74 people in Oregon that are going to get prosecuted. The article ends with a call from the FBI for people that know about illegale activities to call in, so they can make a better case.
