Are Jim Jordan and Matt Gaetz the finest "the base" can worship?

As lawmakers were evacuated to a safe room on January 6th as the failed insurrection attempt was still underway, Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio was joined by Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida and together they, "implored Trump to tell his supporters to stand down.

Since then, Jordan has mumbled and stumbled his way through answering a FOX Noise reporter's question if he talked to Baby-trump on that day and both congressmen have since denied they were in fear and now claim there was no insurrection attempt or risk of an insurrection.
