Sean Hanity was discussing the $83B number yesterday with Graham last night. I don't know if they're playing stupid, or they're actually stupid.

This is like saying, I bought $50,000 worth of groceries over the past 20 years to feed the country, and here we are 20 years later. What happened to all the groceries?
