Should Hospitals have the right to turn away Covid patients from those who have chosen to be unvaccinated?

Why should someone who makes the decision to not be vaccinated take a bed and be treated from someone who has taken precautions and had a breakthrough case?
Shouldn't the unvaccinated just stay home and deal with this virus on their own?

That is totally stupid logic
By that logic they should turn away cancer patients who smoke
Refuse to treat patients who have attempted suicide
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@GJOFJ3 but by not talking the vaccination they are putting others in danger
@fddlpej Exactly, then they claim they have the right to endanger others. By that reasoning, people should be able to drive drunk too.

@independentone you shouldn't say that it makes to much sense they will never understand it lol
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@independentone they don't understand about endangering others when it's all about them.
@fddlpej Sadly, that seems to be true.
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@independentone yes unfortunately like many Republicans like Mitch McConnell who is for the party of the one percent not for the rest of the people. He doesn't want any super wealthy people to pay any taxes. He also said he doesn't want the IRS to audit them. I guess because he and his wife and her family are in the one percent. Another case of only caring about yourself. He doesn't mind if the IRS goes after poor and middle class people.
They feel like they're endangering themselves by taking it. @fddlpej
@Spoiledbrat Why, because they don't know what's in it? Or that it isn't FDA approved? Guess what, if they get sick and run to the hospital for treatment, that isn't FDA approved either, so they should just stay home and let God heal them.

@Spoiledbrat know one has died taking the vaccine. Although over 600000 people have died from the virus. I think it is a very simple conclusion what you should do if you only use the math.
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@independentone they can always try a shot of bleach like trump suggests.
The vaccine JUST came out. Now get over it. @fddlpej
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@Spoiledbrat yes but it has been tested and it also seems to be preforming well in the states people have taken it and it even has preformed well in the people that have taken it elsewhere. I believe over 90percent of the people now getting the virus are the unvaccinated people. To bad they weren't smart enough to get the vaccine and they probably wouldn't have gotten sick.
It seems to be? Vaccinated people can still get the virus. It's going to be okay. This will pass. @fddlpej
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@Spoiledbrat they get some break through infections but not nearly as many as the unvaccinated and they are not nearly as severe as the unvaccinated people get. So why don't they get it so the world can move on from this terrible virus just like we did with polio?
I don't know. I try not to panic. Just do your part and you'll be okay. @fddlpej

@Spoiledbrat not if the virus mutates in to a form that the vaccine can't work against which they say they believe it will eventually do if its not stopped or slowed down. Look how it has already changed in the delta version much stronger and more aggressive. Then people will die by the millions oh wait that's already happened with over 4 million people in the who have died from it. But it will probably mutate and kill many more people. So these anti vaxxers morons will eventually kill off a large portion of the population.
There have been 4 million cases but to my knowledge not that many people died. @fddlpej
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@Spoiledbrat in the world there have been over 4 million deaths in the United states there have been over 650000 deaths from covid

@independentone Smokers endangers others putting their smoke in the air we all breathe
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@MrBrownstone yes they do but they are no longer allowed to do it in restaurants schools stores and almost anywhere people gather. So if you aren't vaccinated maybe you should only be allowed where smoking is aloud?
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@fddlpej So air doesn’t travel around? Interesting
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@MrBrownstone yes it does as smoke does that is why they have smoking areas. So maybe they should have unvaccinated areas?
