Should Hospitals have the right to turn away Covid patients from those who have chosen to be unvaccinated?

Why should someone who makes the decision to not be vaccinated take a bed and be treated from someone who has taken precautions and had a breakthrough case?
Shouldn't the unvaccinated just stay home and deal with this virus on their own?

If you had the vaccine, and you get covid, the hospital should turn you away.
There is no reason why a vaccinated person should take up a hospital bed. The vaccine was designed so you would not need to take up a bed. If the vaccine does not work then it should be recalled.
@Confined Vaccines never guaranteed you wouldn't get Covid, only have a milder case.

@independentone According the Trump, Biden, and the CDC you will not get sick what so ever.
@Confined All 3 are lying to you. The current administration as well as the last administration seem to have their own agenda and reasons for not being completely truthful.

Confined..that is not what they have been saying and it is all over the news ìn different platforms...vaccination means you have a mìlder case of covid ìn most cases than the unvaccinated.

@PTCdresser57 If you have a milder case, still no reason for you to take up a hospital bed. Milder means no hospital. If you need to go to the hospital then it is Not mild.
@Confined Fewer cases, fewer hospitalizations, fewer deaths. Fewer doesn't mean zero.

I agree Confined..ppl are not put in a hospital bed without a doctor admitting them. So if a doctor says this person(whether vaccinated or unvaccinated) needs to be admitted...then the person gets a bed...period!

@independentone So far the vaccine has not proven itself. Im still on the fence if I want to get stuck. Im pretty sure I will have a wild reaction to it.
PTCdresser57 · 61-69, M
Confined...that is your choice. But like I have told 3 of my own family members. You don't get vaccinated and you get deathly sick or die...I have no pity on you. You had a choice and you made the most dangerous decision when it came to your own health...and others.
@Confined Why do you think you might have a "wild" reaction to the vaccine? Do you think if you were unfortunate enough to catch Covid the reaction would be less wild?

@Confined so far I don't believe anyone has died from the vaccine. I can't say that about covid.
Confined · 56-60, M
@fddlpej The CDC admits at least 5,000 have died from the vaccines.
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@Confined i haven't heard that but it is true it is a long way from the 650000 that have died from covid don't you think?
Confined · 56-60, M
@fddlpej I dont want to be the 5001.
fddlpej · 61-69, M
@Confined so you want to be the 650001 that dies from the virus?
