DHS secretary warns Cubans not to come to United States. He says you will not come to the US. While the southern border is wide open.
Could it be because most Cubans vote Republican?

Also to this day Cubans get perks no other immigrants get from any other country and have since 1959. It is bipartisan.

There is also the inconvenient fact refugees from anywhere can't vote. Citizenship takes years. So much for your conspiracy theory.
