Cubans not welcome in United States?

DHS secretary warns Cubans not to come to United States. He says you will not come to the US. While the southern border is wide open.
Could it be because most Cubans vote Republican?

Last I heard, Mexicans weren't the "good Immigrants" like Scandinavians.

I get it, and maybe you have a point, but the truthful hyperbole crap is not going to win you any points in my book.

@MistyCee If a Mexican national follows the immigration rules, I welcome them. They have good worth ethic. But if they or anyone else tries to come in illegally I don't want them in my country. Arrest and deport immediately! Only currently the that isn't happening. The border is in crisis. Inept leadership is to blame.
