What exactly is wrong with right wing populism happening in Europe?

3 responses are better in my opinion in both cases --
1) the country you're born in is an accident of birth, and I, as a natural born citizen of the US, don't deserve here any more than some random person from Zimbabwe would be.
2) without immigration, the populations of most developed countries would decline over time, which causes massive demographics crises.
3) conversely, emmigration from developing countries means more stability (since emmigration acts as a de-pressurizing valve for unhappy citizens), which means we don't end up getting caught in as many wars.

That said, I think open borders are a bad idea since that would burden our social systems and it makes law enforcement harder, but I think there should definitely be some regulated immigration.

Right wing populists come with no real solutions they only thrive because of resentment.

Europe isn't all white, either.

Also the idea that Europe has been exclusively white only makes sense if you flunked history.

Maybe something to do with the fact that people with non-white skin colors are still humans and shouldn't be treated like vermin, idk

This is like asking what is wrong with cannibalism in cannibalistic tribes. They've been doing it for so long it is just their way of life. If it's what they want to do, then who is anyone else to say it's a bad thing?

Ethnostate is just intrinsically wrong. Deciding who can live where based on appearance alone. And it really is only appearance.

We are a single species. Race is a construct and arbitrarily defined as skin color. We could just as easily have defined races on hair and eye color as well.

A better question to ask is what problems does ethnic nationalism solve because if your answer is anything other than "NONE." then you're incorrect.

This is a policy that only gets talked about because of Resentment and effectively solves NONE of our problems.

Having an ethnostate is fine, but when people say "right-wing populism," they really mean Fascism.

Most do have their countries in Europe the way they want them—they’re running them. And most have a history of having colonized other folks’ countries as well. As for Native Americans, they may have roots in the Bering Strait, but they crossed over 20,000 years ago. There is no other place on the planet where the inhabitants aren’t considered indigenous after at least that much time.

You don't seem to understand the definition of "right wing" in Europe. European conservatives support universal health care, strict gun control, access to abortion, and carbon reduction to reduce global warming. In other words, European conservatives fit the US republican definition of left wing or democratic.
