The problem is that as Medicine is currently practiced in some places in America he has a point. Medical Administration and Big Pharma have taken the place of the patient as the highest priority in corporate Medicine.
No he has no point whatsoever. I understand and agree with your point about the messed up nature of having a capitalist medical system but as far as the idea that medicine costs more lives than it saves he's just talking out his ass.
