When the whole country gets free, high speed internet, Will we get net neutrality and the right to encrypted communication with that?

Should people be permitted to have truly private conversation over the internet? Doesn't the high tech-ness simply upstage my right to privacy? Or was that National Security?

Well im a "conspiracy theorist" and thats what dont make sense the gov wants to keep us under mind control keeping us staring at our phone screens yet they wont make internet free (unless you go in places that have free wifi) but you would think they would have it free for everyone anywhere you go somehow LOL

@BrandonAngel2023 They do want us quiet and entertained. That's not "theory", it's fact. Governments have always found distractions for the masses. But here's the rub: if they just give us all free internet, people will suspect it. If we have to clamor and yell for it, then "we win".

@LordShadowfire lol i guess haha well the "Gaming" addiction thing dont work for me if thats part of their plan causr like i WANT to be a gamer i really do but most games dont hold my attention for to long EVEN IF they give me free stuff i dont have to pay for ( example i play adventre quest 3D online and it gives me TONS of free stuff so theres no need to buy upgrades or anything) but i still get bored easy lol

@sunsporter1649 LOL i didnt say free EVERYTHING.. i was jist making a point if the gov wants us to have something they should provide it just like these virus masks they autta pay for them.. And if i go into a store without one and they say something to me about it ill ask them if they have one and if they give me one i wear it if not they can forget it.. And where i live food city passes out masks if anyone needs one in the store so atleast their paying for something they want the rest of us have to pay for what we want so the gov should pay to.. Just sayin..
