The opposing government love Chinese money just as much, Port of Darwin is sold to the Chinese along with the Murray Darling Basin and they are cleaning up off struggling farmers left with no choice but to sell and of course the Chinese offer 10x the amount of any asking price of the land, they also do this with urban development too.
