@TexChik Many of us Christians who consider it important to follow the teachings of Jesus would disagree. That's why Jim Wallis of Sojourners began a movement to "Reclaim Jesus" along with a statement endorsed by leaders of many Christian denominations. I only ask people to compare Trump's words and actions with the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5-7 and the challenge in Matthew 25 to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, welcome the stranger, etc. He fails! That's it. I'm done.

How can you say you are a christian, claim others are not because you oppose their politics, and be a member of a group that denounces god? Good luck squaring that one up when your time comes
