How much money does America lose on illegal immigrants? I assume that's the objection. If not, what are the other reasons?

Well exactly.
I think illegal immigrants get taken advantage of a lot precisely because they can save people money.

@Pikachu As i was saying to somebody earlier. If illegal immigration was really a worry you'd have sorted the border wall issue a hundred years ago !

Those same hateful anti-people in Congress or Senate are exactly the same people who rely on those same illegals to pick their fruit; fix their roads; fix the railroads; sweep their streets......

Yeah i mean, if it was a real threat then it would be treated like a real threat and not only brought up during election season to pander to xenophobes.
